  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • You have a proof of purchase (order number or invoice)


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Food, grocery, and perishable items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as β€œFinal Sale” or β€œNon-Returnable”


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method or as store credit


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error

  • For prepaid orders, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a fault from our side.
